Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Privacy Policy:  When you login, I record your username and password, the date and time you logged in, and your  IP address to see if you logged in using different computers.  When you specify a search, I know what criteria you used in your search.  When you see a roster of properties that fit your search, and you select a specific record for full information on that record, I record this also.  If I see persistent and/or unusual activity, I will contact you via email and ask you about it.  CountyRealty does not share this information with anyone whatsoever.

Terms of Use: The Registrant (you) acknowledges entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with CountyRealty; that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW; that all data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Registrant's personal, non-commercial use; and that Registrant will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property. One last thing - Registrant acknowledges the MLS's ownership of, and the validity of, the MLS's copyright in, the MLS database.  The MLS can also access the CountyRealty VOW to verify compliance with MLS rules and to monitor displays of information thereon.
