Welcome to the Only Virtual Office Website (VOW) in Beautiful Jackson County Indiana! Happy New Year! If you want to search for homes I have them here. Use the "Login & Search" tab or ask to look with an email and your name, and anything you think I need to know, and a real person (yours truly) will put you on the approved list. Next, I'll send you your login information and a quick note. Then you can look around at your pace. All it takes is a simple registration (name and email) and you get to house-hunt and much more. My VOW showcases only properties in Jackson County, and excludes others - Jackson County is big enough as it is; and if I stretched outside of Jackson County, my expertise and quality of advice drops accordingly. My VOW is much more useful than "typical" real estate websites. First and foremost, you get to see all the homes listed by local REALTORS that fit your criteria, not cherry-picked properties showcasing some, excluding others, or sending perfectly good properties to the back of the line. (There are no FSBO's here.) Secondly, this is a VIRTUAL OFFICE WEBSITE, with the goal of performing everything online that you would normally do in a regular store-front old style brokerage. Search for homes in narrow and relevant price ranges. Search for homes by township, bedrooms, and baths. Find just those homes that fit your needs. Thirdly, I believe I offer superior market data and buyer information not easily found on other sites. Try finding current sales data on other sites. Do other sites offer sales data from 2009? Do other sites offer Purchase Offer, Listing Contract, Seller Residential Sale Disclosure and other form samples for your review? The information found on my VOW isn't a secret, but rarely made available online by other brokerages. I don't mind sharing. Never forget, the goal is to bring buyers and sellers together and my VOW tools help this to happen. Smart and real estate savvy clients make the best clients.
