Steve Freeman and I own and maintain this online real estate brokerage. This site serves as nothing but a bridge

self-promotion; it is not designed to highlight my business
performance. In 2000 I earned the Realtor of the Year award and I
am proud of it. That's all the self promotion you will get from

I know the Jackson County Indiana residential market well; having lived here since 1993. I also use my proprietary database that contains market information back to 1995 and current information as of 10:39 AM Friday, October 10, 2008. I focus on residential properties and offer no commercial properties on this site. I also do not represent buyers purchasing HUD foreclosures or properties located outside of Jackson County. Why? I don't know their market peculiarities and their impact on values so there is no way I could provide you with meaningful advice. If you provide me with your real name and a working email account, we will be off to a nice start. I will create a username and password for you (or let you select your own) that not only lets you search available properties, but properties pending sale, and sold properties as well. Names and email accounts remain my private secret, shared with no one without a court order. I never annoy my visitors with useless information. I want this site to provide you with information, give you the opportunity to ask questions, give you the ability to search properties easily and have the pages load quickly.
