Terms of Use The Registrant (you) acknowledges entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with CountyRealty; that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW; that all data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Registrant's personal, non-commercial use; and that Registrant will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided except in connection with your consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property. One last thing - Registrant acknowledges the MLS's ownership of, and the validity of, the MLS's copyright in, the MLS database. The MLS can also access the CountyRealty VOW to verify compliance with MLS rules and to monitor displays of information thereon. (rev 12.29.08) That's it - pretty straightforward, and not too much to ask. But one question always pop up: first does getting registered to use this VOW create any kind of contract, financial or otherwise, between you the visitor and me, Steve Freeman of CountyRealty?
