FOURTH ANNUAL SEYMOUR EVENING LIONS CLUB GOLF SCRAMBLE

Saturday June 24, 2006 @ Shadowood Golf Course

All proceeds from this event will go to support projects of the Seymour Evening Lions Club.  Some of the projects include the Indiana Eye Bank, Indiana Leader Dog for the Blind, Seymour eyeglasses for the needy and many other local projects.

Entry Deadline:  First 144 paid players (36 foursomes) based on the date entries received Tournament Fees Include:  Green fees, cart rental, putting contest, dinner, and soft drinks. 
Golf Scramble Rules: Teams shall consist of 4 players only.  Style of play will be a best ball Florida Scramble.  Bring your own team! Other Chances to Win: Hole prizes, hole-in-one prizes, and putting contest.
Putting Contest Rules: Putting contest runs from 11am to 12:30 pm.  Contestants allowed 2 putts only.  1st Place $100;  2nd Place $50; 3rd Place $25 Lion Contact:  Ron Schrader 524-9244

Cancellation, Delay, Reschedule:  In the interests of safety, cancellation, delays or rescheduling the outing due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the course management.  All reasonable attempts to complete the round of play will be made Shadowood Golf Course 522-8164

Refunds:  Refunds must be requested by June 17, 2006 by 6:00 pm local time.  Refund requests for any reason after this date, including weather cancellation, will be at the discretion of tournament committee.
